Before you apply
You must:
- Gather all supporting documents needed for your application. Here's a checklist, located at section 6 of the Guidelines.
- Get formal itemised quotes.
- Read the Common Grants Guidelines, which set out further guidelines and criteria that apply to your application.
Completing your application
- Use the navigation box or next/previous buttons to move through the form.
- Check the Help Guide for Applicants or Applicant Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ's) if needed.
- Contact the Aboriginal Investment NT Grants Team at grants@aboriginalinvestment.org.au or 1800 943 039. Make sure you quote your Application Number.
Saving your draft application
- Save regularly.
- Click “Save and close” to exit and return later via “My Submissions.”
- You can download your application as a PDF anytime.
Submitting your application
- Review your application before submitting.
- You can only submit once all required questions are complete.
- After submitting, you cannot make changes.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email—if not, your application wasn’t submitted.
Attaching documents
- Upload required files (max 25MB each, ideally under 5MB).
- Wait for each file to upload before adding another.
Completing an application with more than one person
A number of people can work on an application using the same log in details as long as only one person is working at a time. Make sure you save as you go.
